Returns and Exchanges

We keep Returns and Exchanges quick and simple. Our 14 Days Return Program covers most of the items sold by Alise.

       If you are not satisfied with the product, you will have 14 days from the receiving of your item to contact us and request a Return or Exchange.

       Most of the items sold by Alise such as rings, necklaces, body chains, bracelets and anklets can be resized or exchanged for an additional minimal fee. You will be responsible for the cost of exchanging the product.

       All Returns and Exchanges must be in the same condition as received: with the box and including all the original packaging and tags. Please, note that items that are not in its original condition, showing signs of wear, altered, resized by a jeweler other than Alise or damaged in any way, due to not our error, will not be accepted for a return or exchange.

       If you return an item and the reason for your return is not a result of our error, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

       Numerous pieces made by Alise are individual and 100% handmade. Please, note that we are not required to accept returns on such items. We do not accept returns on any Custom Design Jewelry. If we determine your piece is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the piece or replace the item. In this case, we will cover return shipping fees.
